Saegimsori or 새김소리 수제도장, is an artisanal handmade stamp-making store with a long-standing cult-following due to the quality of their stamps and the stunning design that each seal comes with. In case you did not know, most Korean nationals make use of a personal seal or a dojang in order to sign legal documents. Dojangs are typically housed in a soft-shell or wooden stamp body embellished with various materials, such as gemstones, nacre, and gold among many others. From government agencies to commercial corporations and even personal individuals, it is considered more formal to make use of a seal as a signature. Tourists have no real use for a dojang, but it would be pretty fun to have one as a gift or souvenir.
